There's people on both sides of this current war that are more birds of a feather than you think.

I could easily see myself getting along with Salem, Flexin, North if we were allied. There was a period in our conversations where I had to roll with the punches until we were able to be men about it... but you know as well as I do there are some people holding back good players across the fence from us. You also know that people can leave your side, come to ours and be 100 times happier.

It has been said for a long time, even pre-Holo, we need a new resistance leader / resistance guild. I think you'd be extremely shocked to see who wants more PvP (Kecleon for instance!) and there's others like that in Holo.. they just WILL NOT join Azrael/Lite. We have plenty of time before Velious for you to rebuild and create something like Exed is doing but with a few bigger names. I assure you that can be a very successful thing if you do it right. We are not invincible, it is not impossible to snipe targets, there just needs to be a change. Azrael rallying the other start ups and poaching members is f'ing killing that, just like it did against Nihilum.

There's just no denying it, you've lost some quality pvpers/pvers to it already. Start your own thing and if you do it right, I'm sure a bunch will come to your side.

What if Deluxee and Beastagor or a few others went to Suave (or rerolled the guild name if you don't like it)? And they continued openly recruiting? Those guys are champ pvpers and carry themselves much better than their toxic garbage counter parts. If they were active enough and took in new players there's just no way in my mind they couldn't become stronger than the current Azrael.

Free bump for a good post. Not saying I agree with this entirely but there's a lot of things here that are pretty spot on. Unfortunately I think a lot of what seems like a logical solution comes down to an issue of time and willingness for the people most of ya'll list to lead the resistance.

Holocaust's differences between Azrael:

1. Calm Teamspeak (despite having a bigger guild)
2. Players don't say "******" hundreds of times a day
3. Women actually play in our guild
4. We win 95% of mobs (contested or not)
5. Epics are guaranteed
6. You don't need to be part of a crony core to get loot
7. Our spies don't rattle us
8. We don't claim to be the better PvP guild and then get embarrassed in 6v6 events
9. Pixels actually flow here
10. Our officers have a more transparent and fair loot system than any guild before or since

If you're debating between Azrael or Holocaust, make the simple choice. The "resistance" is a delusion. They don't cut it, and Holocaust doesn't feel it. Never has, never will.

Plus we have great looking model groins in Holocaust. We do thorough inspections of them to make sure.
