Default HELP! Invisible characters.

Everyone is invisible I can see what they are wearing and nothing else. I have tried re-install, checked directx, checked video drivers, tried other games. I have an ip-exemption and this is my gf having this issue, any help appreciated so I claim the idea as my own.

I would venture to say your AV software is deleting something. Turn off AV software and install directly to the C Drive in a folder.

You said this is an extra machine. I'd take the working copy from your other computer and put it on a stick and run EQ from that and see if it works. If it does move it to a folder on the computer.
