new and not sure where to post 4 questions

I think this is great since I played EQ many years ago and like the old graphics styles spell effects and the game back then. I have some questions and i'm not sure where to post them.

1 Can we get polar bear hats again like we use to be able to make or get them when it would show you wearing a polar bear head hat.

2 In this server will I finally be able to find Grannin O'gill/ Granin O'Gill in everfrost peaks? It's stupid yes but you have no idea the fustration I had yrs ago with this and when I would try eq now and then since.

3 Unlike normal EQ use to be is there a high priority on making the quests work? 4 Will this also have the little annoying things ie like having to be lvl 11 before you can get the rattlesnakes or whichever snake it was to drop snake bile?

1) turn on "SHOW HAT" under your options in game
2) http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?id=9383 I've seen this guy, as recently as last week. He IS in Everfrost Peaks. He's not the fun part. Finding the bones in the river is the fun part.
3) most all quests are working, some are not. If you aren't sure do a search under the bugs section to see if there is a post up about it not working. http://www.project1999.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=6
