NPC Spawn Issue: Kaladim Guard faction wrong?

They are on the stormguard faction yes? While killing a Goblin in BB I got the message that my faction with stormguard could not possibly get any better. Upon conning a guard though (I did several of them throughout BB) he appears only as warmly. Isn't the max supposed to be Ally?

Also, I am an agnostic Gnome Wizard if that makes a difference? I'll see if I can snag a pic...

The max *should* be warmly.

Yep they are Stormguard. There's a couple of dwarves in BB that follow something different though.
