NPC Spawn Issue: an ice giant youth

I spent alot of time doing exp in permafrost and killing ice giants. I have yet to see this giant spawn, and would like to know if it currently exists on p99.

Comments dating back to 2000. On live there is a single ice giant youth that spawns directly behind the doors and is static. Thats the only one I'm aware of.

At the doors inbetween #2 and #3. Location (710,-140) ~roughly~

Its west of the red dot. He should be directly BEHIND those doors.

Added the possibility to see ice giant youth. Rarer than normal ice giants
