We have Sorn chained to a computer with nothing but Photoshop installed. We've begun rewarding 1 muffin per face completed - 2 if the face had an additional hair texture - but despite this, progress is still slow.
send help

Default Shield update!

Previously completed shields that I forgot in the first shields post (credit: QQ):

I also forgot about the wooden round shield, but there seems to be some disagreement on what the center of the round shields should look like. Here are two different versions of each round shield, the first being Cucumbers' rendition and the second being slightly altered by me to reflect what I think is more accurate/true to the original:

metal round shield update (wooden covering is now a leather covering, rivet positions corrected)
QQ version:

Something about the retextured squint or smile changed the expression. The original face looks stern, maybe even angry, which is why I always preferred it. The new one looks neutral.

I can see what u mean, like the upper cheek seems more relaxed, under the eyes, resulting in a little less cruel gnome stare, a little bit rounder tops of the eyes too result in that, the low pixel flat line on the left on the top of the eye

The original also has less space between the eyes and inner eyebrows, making the eyebrows look more furrowed.

god its amazing the billions of happy accidents that came from the origional eq art, imagine them spending this much time on textures, they probubly spent half as much as you have by now already lol and somehow they made pure magic.

this game was not made by humans but magicians
