Location in Qeynos Hill: Every 24 minutes a mob spawns at the West Karana zoneline and spends the next three minutes walking toward Qeynos, where, upon arrival, it despawns. Sir Edwin Motte shares this spawn with several NPCs, including Guard Westyn, Wyle Bimlin, Isabella Cellus, Tol Nicelot, Gornolin, Crumpy Irontoe, Talym Shoontar and Barn Bloodstone, all of whom seem to be characters from other zones on a trip to Qeynos.

Sadly after many hours of camping here, on blue server the spawn time is 27 minutes. However it has also skipped spawns on multiple occasions. Spawn timer comes up and nothing..

Camping in EQ is of course a thing, but this is made much harder when it is not working as intended. Please could this be looked into.
