Dealing with raid conflicts as a member of a said guild could always lead to a conflict. Why do you think I quit playing on this server back in Feb 2012? I was asked to handle raid issues from Amelinda oh wait, she had a active toon in tmo at the time yet you don't even mention her and the stuff she pulled, and so I quit playing. If you want to accuse people don't just stop with me, lay it all out then.

Does anyone have to really mention Amelinda in a corrupt as fuck GM contest? Even my hero uthgaard gave tiggles a char for some spec ops work, and that ain't right, I'm just saying there's some issues. The fuck am I deluding myself on exactly? I'm just saying that as a rule, not specifically you, GMs should not have chars in raiding guilds to prevent conflicts of interest. Unfortunately this also leads to GMs who don't understand the raiding scene well and are less equipped to deal with the issues that arise. Sirken is definitely a boon in that regard. I haven't dealt with deru much--think he's a red guy / forum mod mostly?

I totally have Platlord's cell number. He tried to get AG to buy into his market a year and a half ago. Kept the number for novelty sake. Obviously didn't use it...or Nemce would have his stinking epic after 3+ years!
