Disease Cloud still snap aggro?

Bump. Anyone know about disease procs or when this line gets nerfed?

I would assume disease counters and poison counter generate the same aggro (300 per counter). Calculating/estimating the aggro should be easy.

DC has 1 counter ... So 300 aggro + whatever nominal amount from dd/dot component per cast.

At low levels that will feel like aggro lock. Compared to a stun or even blind- it's passable but you'll need to cast it several times.

Disease cloud didn't get nerfed until PoP when they introduced an actual hate building spell line. At least that's how I remember it

From memory it got lowered towards end of velious, I remember changing spell line up during vindi kills.

Not sure on dates and it may have changed again. I remember totally replacing it for clinging darkness spam at some point.
