Default Forums Bug: Can't opt out of Rants and Flames
Not a big deal, but today I noticed the "Opt out of Rants and Flames" option in the User CP doesn't "save" when I select it and click save (coming back to the User CP shows it unchecked after previously checking and saving).

I'd like to bump this. I seriously don't want to see RNF and even though I have opted out I still have to see it. Please please please fix this!

Confirmed option not working now. It used to work in the past.
