Flashing Target Name

New player here looking for what is hopefully a simple fix.
Is there a way to remove how the name of your target flashes spasticly?
I am not trying to get target rings, (never actually played EQ with target rings), just trying to get rid of the headache inducing flashing.

Um... You could just hide names altogether?

Hmm this seems like a temporary fix, will give it a try.
Was hoping for a UI or more permanent fix that allowed names to still be seen.
