Fix some of the things people have asked for......small exp bonus drives up population....maybe your on to something here.How about global ooc to connect the server better.Oh and maybe remove research(just for me).I would prefer you set up some polls asking what fixes would help and then consider them.

i think you might be confused. I am not a developer. I do not code. therefore i am limited. here is what i can do:

Xp bonus? - we have a scaled XP bonus on this server now. Done

Global Ooc?? I have asked rogean for global ooc - ball is in his court.Done

how am i supposed to remove research if i'm not a coder. Also - why would you want research removed? seems pretty dumb since spell casters have spells that are research only and this ain't ez server. NOT - Done

Yea I pretty much carried my team on my shoulders even tho the other team had 3 ice comet wizzies and a shit ton of melee.
