NPC Spawn Issue: PS not spawning in 54 hours?

guys I've seen PS pop within 30 min of last spawn and take over 3 days.
it isn't bugged sorry.
you just have failed to make the proper sacrifices to the RNG Gods.

im not saying the spawn is "bugged". just think its % is a lil jacked up atm.. not sure if it was changed, or its just really low. shouldnt really be a thing of luck.. i mean, me killing atleast like 200 place holders.. what % is that? [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

If we assume that PH is a simple 10% chance to spawn every pop (which seems like it's probably a high guess), and you've killed 200+ PH, then you are literally the one in a billion who get totally screwed by this spawn.

In all honestly, it is more likely the spawn has some different way of working than a simple 10% spawn chance, or that it is bugged, or that you get struck by lightning, than you go 200 PH without seeing the PS. Hell. It was several times more likely for you to have wont he megamillions lotto a couple weeks ago having only bought a single ticket than you going 200 PH without seeing the PS.

Even at a 1% spawn chance the odds of not seeing at least one PS in 200 PH is like 1 in 8.

There is a point where a spawn is very rare and non existant. So far TMO has camped this spawn for 73 hours. Doing the math:

73 + 60 = 4380 minutes

4280/7 spawn time + time to kill (6.5 with 30 sec killing time) = 625 spawns +/- 30 giving for people who dont respond in time, or PH is up for more than a few min.

so with lets say 600 to be safe and no PS spawns this is getting to look like a bug to me or least needs to be reconsidered for a revamp
