tainted wooly mammoth
Been circling and killing 10 wooly mammoths ( thats all that can spawn at once as far as i can tell) straight for the last 4 hours and still no tainted spawn. Am I doing something wrong? Missing the ph? Or tainted just that rare? Or I'm super unlucky? Confused here. Any input on people who have seen/killed it before would be great

When I saw him a few weeks ago, he wasn't near any of the other wooly mammoths. He was right near the guards in the canyon heading to Blackburrow.

I've seen him there but other places as well. Just bad luck I guess.

yea it was more towards the transition zone from the ice peaks to the tundra, not by the ice giants and red orcs... for me anyway on blue.

There is a mammoth calf that spawns on the Halas side of the tundra... We you leave the tunnels headed out onto the tundra, start tracking for the calf... It spawns then roams so if you can get it's spawn point, you can just sit there... Spawns pretty quickly iirc... Kill this ONE calf over and over and you will eventually get tainted, who, in turn, may or may not spawn corrupted... If you have trouble, put me on friends list, I can run out there and help you one day...
