Miscellaneous: Helm of Rile

Going to get some haters on this one.

Helm of Rile should be Iksar only until Luclin expansion and the release of beastlords where it is converted to all large races.

What is rather nice about this, is that since it is Iksar only, they go pretty cheaply.

It is no longer IKS only, I bought one yesterday and my Barb Rogue loves it....Its large races only
