What are other guilds experiencing for BiC shards??

We've seen five weeks of 1-shard per in Txevu and three-four weeks of 3-shard Tacvi. Ridiculous RNG happening at the moment.

We have gotten 12 so far from tacvi and 12 from txevu.

Necromancers get an enormous power gain in PoP. Epic is a flat 8% DoT crit chance that stacks with your Critical Affliction AA line. The OoW Robe is a 36s (extends to 54s) buff with 5min reuse that increases your DoT Crit chance by 40%. So between all of those during a burn you are rolling around 60% DoT crit chance and when you are stacking 5-6 DoTs plus you have a bard you can do some incredible damage and your mana is pretty limitless with Lich and eventually Blood Magic.

Wizards get some okay power gains in OoW. It isn't really until Ethereals and Twincast that wizards just blow everyone else away though.
