Help with Install/Config

Hello. I played on Tholuxe Paells back in the day. I just bought Titanium discs and will probably receive them next week. I saw the install guide sticky and read through it but the problem for me is when it comes to things like this:

"Once that is completed, the following files must be DELETED or MOVED OUT OF the Titanium directory:

arena.eqg
arena_EnvironmentEmitters.txt
lavastorm.eqg
nektulos.eqg
Nektulos_EnvironmentEmitters.txt

Failure to delete these files will result in problems accessing certain zones."

...I have no clue how this is done. I need a Step1, Step 2, Step 3 etc. I need it spelled out for me. How can I "delete" something that I have no clue how to find?

Thanks in advance and hope someone can help me because I am looking forward to playing again. I can't stand new EQ with the Mercs etc.
