Glyphed Ghoul in Mistmoore drops "Vial of Vampire Blood" instant cast "resistance to magic" which is a 50MR buff.

This is +10 more MR than the Resist Magic player castable spell. I was able to click it at level 35 but i'm not sure what the lowest you can click it is, nor am I sure of the duration.
