Lol there's something different between healthy and being buff pal . I work in an office with a bunch of nerds (am a nerd too) and they all do excercise regularly you lazy fat fuck
I think he is more so talking about weight training and not just exercising since most people think just running alone is enough to say you are pro at exercising.

Gaffin I'm not sure you're in a position to criticize overmedicating people considering you overmedicate yourself by abusing anti-anxiety medication.
I did for a bit, not gonna lie ive done drugs, doesnt mean im not fit and work out regularly. I'm not really on any drugs anymore and proud of it tbh.

You sir are a idiot, yeah people do what they want, eat what they want, live how they want, its all your opinion and a free country but did you know you could feel better than you do now just by some fitness in your life? Dont hate on it till you start doing it. Most people that are prescribed anti-diepressents dont even need that shit, just exercise and workout, and it could change how you feel about life just doing some basic shit like that. Its pretty sickening how doctors are now days just throwing meds and anti-depressents out to kids who dont even do anything but sit on their ass all day and dont move.
Couldnt agree more

Working out WILL change your life.
Best advice I can give is, "Once you start don't stop."

I've been at it for a long time.

Are these 1 rep max?

Pretty high. I'm 6 2 and weigh like 200ish, and my numbers are for 1 rep max

Like 250 bench / 305 dead / 330 squat

Deads are really lacking

Yeah, I rep max.

Been at it for 10 years though.

It's like anything, you get good at it by doing it.

5'10, 235lbs @ 12% currently.

I eat super clean 4200-4500 cals a day.

During the spring I usually keto/carb cycle some body fat off and go down to 215, then start upping the calories again in the fall.

This allows me to look really good for half the year, and be really strong for the other half :P
