Default Advice For Soloing In Everfrost

The one nice thing I like about playing a Necro is I feel comfortable enough with soloing for XP/Platinum without worrying about grouping. Last few levels I've been soloing Spectres and hit level 49 and feel like heading out to Everfrost to solo some Barbarian Guards such as Bandl McMarrin and Ice Giants.

My question is what sort of spell setup should I go with when face these mobs? Would it be best to go in with Cascading Darkness - Invoke Fear - Asystole - Ignite Blood or Cascading Darkness - Paralyzing Earth - Asystole - Ignite Blood?

By the way, how many dots can Necros stack?

Uhm. I guess it depends on whether you want to fear kite or root rot.

Necros can stack one dot from each line they get: darkness, poison, disease, lifedrain, fire, and magic. IIRC splurt stacks with the magic line (splurt + asystole) but I haven't played a necro that far since live.

Root rotting is pretty meh prior to splurt, imo. Fearing, stacking a snare, iginite blood, and an asytoyle, maybe a posion dot if you need some quick damage to get the 50% while pet does the other half is a little easier on your mana and gives you some wiggle room for adds or continously pulling.
