The stats are amazing.

Like Baylan said, if you don't need the CHA from the epic to be sitting at 205, its just dripping with every other stat you'd want as an enc.

Or, if you're a lazy enc like me and plan on never getting the epic, its amazing either way.

Well, the stats are amazing.... if you are trying to pull ToV as enchanter you might want to use it for the HP and resists...but zlandicar's heart and the epic are the real enchanter-end-game-primary-slot items.....

I use the star staff full time

Star staff beats out epic in raw stats and if you dont need the +15 charisma then there's no reason to use epic over star staff. Unless maybe you also need the extra intelligence to hit the cap or something? I'm not a fan of using zlandicars heart fulltime because you're going to cut into your other stats pretty hard to make up for -20 charisma. Zheart should really only be equip while you're regenning from a bad charm break.
