I also have this problem, after 180 degrees I have to unclick mouse look & recheck it to continue. Quite frustrating. I'm also on WINE, I followed the OS X setup instructions elsewhere on the forum. Rest of the game seems to run fine (except I cannot go fullscreen either)

This is awful for kiting because I have to walk straight and release mouse click, then reclick and re-press my directional movement buttons, it almost always results in several mobs connecting on me, which means my swarms have to be rather small.
Doacleric, are you on Wine? | ||

I've just encountered a similar problem tonight. I most often use WASD to move around but I tried to use the Right Click, Left Click, Mouse movement tonight and I can only run a few feet before my character stops dead in his tracks. I play in both 1st and 3rd person and this is the first time I have encountered the problem. It could be a hardware issue and I may need a new mouse or something but thought I would add my 2cp. A couple people from my guild said they haven't experienced this a couple minutes ago so I assume that they gave it a shot to confirm that it works for them. Anyways, didn't want to make a new thread because this kind of fits the same category I think and I'm not sure if it is indeed a bug or not.

I have the same issue on Fedora with my rebuilt packages for wine and P99.
The screen needs to be re-grabbed, kind of a pain [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] If anyone finds the source fix I'll modify and rebuild my packages again to include.

To fix the mouselook problem go into winecfg. Under the graphics tab check "Emulate a Virtual Desktop" and make the desktop size the same as your EQ resolution.
