You can just gnome illusion and swiggle (yes, a combo of swim and wiggle) through the rock.

The other day I prepared with fishscales and what not for the zone in and the extensive swiggeling... but you swim just through, really... probably been lucky, don't know.

In pop era I remember being able to swim thru as a barbarian spamming duck/stand and wriggling around with mouselook. Was good times!

I also remember getting in as a druid in wolf form
