Guild Wars.

Only thing that makes it different from regular FFA is that guilds can own cities by killing certain amount of targets. I also think that you can't hurt people in your guild so AoE is a possible strategy.

Benefits include slightly cheaper items in that town (good for JC, alchemy, etc.) and I think even allowing guilds who own certain towns the ability to use a translocator in that city to port somewhere.

I honestly don't know how it works exactly but something along those lines.
