Default Bind Wound

So on my Rogue at level 44 my bind wound capped at 190. It showed on the skills tab that it was at 100 in red letters. When I hit level 51, it skilled up to 176 and now seems capped at 180. Was it a glitch? Can I expect it to skill up again at 52 to 185? I really want it over 200 damn it; get that uber bandage skill.

Yes, it was a bug. For a long time the cap was 100 until 51. This was changed Veliousish, but it doesn't seem to have been properly updated (alongside a bunch of other skills). Consequently between levels 20 and 50 EQ will often get confused as to whether you got more than 100 skill or not. Zoning into Cobalt Scar (inexplicably) fixes these skill camp issues (albeit only temporarily).

Warriors and rogues have to wait til 57 before they can get 201+ skill / unlock turbo bind wound.
