I guess this merchant is said to sell food water throwing weapons arrows bandages pumice ect. Currently he carries brewing materials.

Here is a silly question. Why do so many people try to kill the safest source of food, water, and arrows in the dreadlands? Yea he is expensive, but try buying from a PC and see how much it will cost you. He is also an easy spot to unload some loot.

did some more research he was changed to a taskmaster some point in the future but found this list of items he should carry.

Again can't find a date on this one but was before he was changed to a taskmaster obviously. Goes hand in hand with the post from 2002.
