he spawns down by the plate cycle area. I had to track him down with a ranger

Blue Diamond combines (Velium or otherwise) are not active until 1-2months into Velious.

Tried these again seeing as the Donal's final nerf is in game currently. The combine is still disabled.

I have some time to kill and I've noticed that all the quests seem to be more involved than just solo play, unless I'm missing some?

Is there anything that needs exploring like a lower level zone or something relatively easy to kill over and over? I seem to be blind to options that I can do by myself now, I'm such a horrible boxer so I can't utilize that advantage. Thanks.
