Unhappy "Removed extra tic from duration of most spells."

this was from last patch notes. Was this mostly aimed as a nerf to bards? not trying to start a flame, just wondering if this was to make it more classic. A lot of my songs seems to last 1 set less now it seems [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.].

It's classic. Before my dots were lasting 4 ticks when they should only last 3. This was proven with overwhelming evidence from old everlore/castersrealm archives. I haven't really noticed it affecting anything except that I can't stack as many dots as before, which isn't a big deal.

Classic would be a spell gem refresh with an instaclick cast like jboots.
