IB is filled with unskilled prima donnas, blowhards, Drama queens, Has been's and Never was's they don't really have any other place to go so I don't blame them for towing the line and not posting here.

Here's how I see what happened to TMO.

Zeelot wins, everything is easy for god knows how long.

New members come in, think they're hot shit- I mean, why wouldn't they? They're TMO now.

Zeelot goes off to do what it is that he does.

All the new members that think they're hot shit insist that Zeelot be removed as leader because they feel threatened by him.


That's why I'm not worried about TMO in Velious- they talk a great game; sure. They don't have the items, the knowhow, or the discipline required to actually compete in Velious.

I mean, you guys do realize you can't just divine light spam on Velious mobs, right?


You know Quickfingers- there was a time when most of the guild wanted you gone during the flamewars, and I told them. "Nope, QF is a valuable asset."

Do you want to end up like Zee or Ecc? Disowned because you didn't meet the hoarde's idea of a proper TMO member?

I mean, they got rid of me, Zee, DD, Ecc- how are you not next? You're basically the next on the list sans Fazlazen and he straightened the fuck up recently.

IB was _always_ skilled, they even beat us early on with less numbers. It wasn't until their downfall that they had to do the merges to keep up. I think more than anything the leadership was just off, and funny enough they now have officers from a guild who was successful at doing just that.
