the big question is can any class do that quest for insta cast sow boots that are clickable from inventory??

Quest requires pretty high TS faction, which you only have if you have done the tedious factionwork as a non shaman, so I don't think anyone bothered to try yet here.

I know for sure it had a class restriction on live, I had the boots and shaman epic as a Wizard, so I'd wager that it won't work here, and if it does, it wont be long until they fix it.
