Default I want to get a motorcycle for price range of 3 - 6k

Any ideas what would be good? I just need something to get to and from work. It is about 85 miles round trip. Therefore I am looking to get something to save a ton on gas. I don't care what type as long as its reliable and decent. Obviously it will have to be used. But , what are some brands and makes I can look into? No I won't ride a scooter or vespa that crap is really horrid looking to me.

buy a Yamaha R1 or a Yamaha FZ6-N S2.

Im driving a KTM Superduke, but it cost more then 3-6k, but are alot of cheaper bikes to get, and are you thinking of a new one? or you going to buy one from a private person?

Can you please stop? This is a serius thread not rants and flames. I wasn't joking when I posed this question. I would appreciate it if you showed a little consideration sometimes.

I knew you rode one. I knew it..... This is exactly why I would never want one.
