Mayhem, those are some big numbers. Not calling you out, but would love to see vid of the lifts if it exists. You must be competing if you pushed your total that high.
I love to hear new fat-people rationalizations about why people who look and perform better than them are psychologically inferior. Your chunky ass SHOULD be insecure about the tube of lard around your gut that is damaging your health and preventing you from getting laid. Start doing compound movements and squat 3x a week. It isn't neurotic to be strong, but bodybuilding is disgusting. 250/500/440 here, all recent #s. Bench sucks, but who cares. Leg strength is king. | ||
