Sort of. You want to be tracking the FBI investigation if you want to gauge the Bern Level.

They should have it wrapped up in a few weeks (3 weeks approximately according to Sean Hannity's estimates). A felony indictment would put the Bern back in the game.

The FBI tends to not play politics, but the quality of the investigation may be tampered with. We'll see. They murdered Petraeus, I'd like to see the DOJ not play partisan politics and indict asap.
