Ancient Blade Drop Rate
Previously discussed and resolved in this thread:

I'd like to make the argument this change coincided with the June patch which eased the requirements on the Warrior epic to add Green Scales to Hoshkar: http://www.tski.co.jp/baldio/patch/20010627.html Quote:

Could be... But at some point it was changed to 100% drop.
That's the only mention of a drop rate change and no more posts exist past that point where someone claims they killed a Queen and it didn't drop a blade.
