Default Unable to play, Project 1999 Files (V44) will not download

Everything else on the website works and/or downloads fine, but getting a connection reset by the server error on trying to download the patch files

...could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator.

Then it goes to the usual:

The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

The Velious files link on the same page downloaded no problem.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks
edit - poor spelling

Looking like antivirus update flagged the file as malicious/virus (had it on my system from previous install), and flagged it when I tried to download it

Will find a workaround on my end and thanks Tupakk, appreciate you taking the time to help troubleshoot, helped me figure out the problem.

Yeah, it worked. Set antivirus shield to OFF for ten minutes, downloaded no prob.

Not sure what happened, woke up this morning, client was at character select screen. Hit escape a few times, try to fire client back up and a DLL is missing, reinstall/repair, then other issues including all my characters were not showing up at all etc... assuming a client crash maybe corrupted a DLL or something who knows

All resolved now, thanks again.

Whitelist your EQ folder or when AV does a self scan again it will just remove the files and you will have to rematch again.
