Its before Luclin.
I saw Al'Kabor out in front of KC and started spamming nukes on him when he pathed by. He gave out a shawl or a staff depending on the server and a title something like "of the Nexus"? Something like that. | ||

Some artifacts never got released, Shrouds of Earthen Shadow at the Hole release for example. Tattered Tomb Shroud with awesome stats, yes please.
