I had been taking a break from the gym, but today I got back on track in there:-
Running: 35 mins (12.2km/h) 570 calories Cycling: 25 mins 250 calories Cross-trainer: (15ish mins) 180 calories Walking to finish/warm down: 50 calories Calories burnt: 1000 Targets for next time:- Running: 35 minutes at 12.5km/h Cycling: No change. Cross-trainer: Making it up to 950ish Walking: No change. | ||
