uuuh, lute of the howler and flayed barbarian masks dont get nerfed.. primal turns into something else, same proc, gnome masks gets replaced by dwarf mask, those two you are semi-right

I have read people talking about completing the quest as late as November, 2001... 11 months after Velious.

I have yet to find any definitive date for when the plank stopped spawning or the NPC dialogue was altered.

At some point the warders started spawning again, sans Kerafyrm... I'm not sure when, but I never laid eyes on one until they were 1-groupable (yay dwarf mask). Seems well within the scope of P1999 for them to start spawning again... simply because it's Velious content with Velious loot... was there ever a lore explanation for this?
