This was revealed to me when Rogean recently defended Harrison's trolling and laughed about it. He thinks it is hilarious that Harrison is shitting up the forums while he plays Star Wars.

I also vaguely remember Rogean hinted that he knows more about Harrison's real life than we do, when he defended him.

It would stand to reason that Rogean is actually friends with Harrison in some way, and thusly gave him a free pass to ruin the forums.
