Trying to get started (Troubleshooting)

I've installed everything and replaced the files as instructed. Created a shortcut and added patchme to the end. When the game loads it takes me to the p1999 EULA and I agree, after that it looks like it wants me to to log into a sony account and my p1999 user name and password do not work.

How can I fix this?
