Velious is possibly my favorite expansion and brings a lot of good raiding so it can keep us happy for a while. Just really hoping we don't burn through so fast that there isn't any competition end game before the next xpac comes out.

Has there been any talk about basing it on benchmarks like killing naggy / vox / phinnie or killing Trak / VP etc?

I'm sure naggy / vox will die fast as hell maybe a couple weeks even so I'd prefer to just have it based on either a vote or dev decision.

It seems thats how they seem to monitor it. P99 now has quite a few guilds that can run and raid all the Planes, so theyre putting Vox (i think? its one of the dragons) out for P99 when red launches. Velious is still a rumor over there, and really TR and TMO would be the only guilds who could successfully raid it, so I think the idea is not to cater to one guilds abilites for the entire servers progression. None of this is carved in stone anywhere, but from the l337 dudes I know on P99 they, too, assumed this is how progression is being addressed.

I think most of the casual raider blue guilds could at least raid Kael, revamped Hate, PoG and do epics when released.

Would be good to know when kunark will be released roughly. If they get us up to kunark in 3 months thats how long it might take a good amount of us to hit 50 so maybe we should pick our class based on kunark coming soon or maybe we should not. "Faster" could be relatively soon or it could not.
