Default Rangers Get Triple Attack?

Delete post, found additional evidence...

September 20th, 6:00pm
-------------------------

** Melee Changes Update **

-The Triple Attack skill has been removed from rangers. After examining the effects of this skill during actual play, and then further discussion with both the development team and our player base, it became clear that triple attack was not a necessary upgrade to the ranger class. Rangers in their current form do damage appropriate to what we expect, and do not need additional upgrades to damage output.

We'll keep you updated on any further adjustment to these melee changes.

This is exactly why these things are on the Test Server. The kind of evaluation we get from our Test players and from seeing these things in action is invaluable.

Thats a patch note for test server with no year given. Sounds like treble attack was in for rangers on the test server but removed without making it on to live.

Yeah they never gave an explanation other than they felt like it made them do more damage than they wanted. I think it was back before they really understood how powerful monks would become, oh well...
