A large portion of leadership in Nihilum have admitted to RMTing in the past (in ventrilo, ect back when guild was actually tight knit) and I wouldn't be suprised if they currently still do or plan to in the future. I personally feel it's really not mine or anyones concern what people do in that aspect, but it's ironic current new Nihilum members act like none of their officers and leaders partake/have partaken in it. Not to mention RMT Emumu is generally the raid leader for ya'll and is a huge jerk to everyone if everything isn't going his way to the T. He even treats his own brother like dirt. Nihilum has turned into one of the most selfish/unloyal guilds I've ever seen in my EQ history. Almost ashamed to say I was part of it when it was good.

I'm not worried about "covering my ass", I just respect the server's rules and I'm not going to be loyal to someone who shows complete contempt for them. As for comparing RMT to cheating, they both incur permanent bans, the only difference is that RMT is actually illegal since you're profiting from copyrighted material. So, RMT is probably worse. Thanks for clearing that up.
As for other Nilly members RMTing, you have no evidence except your word, which is worthless. Personally if I knew an officer of Nilly was RMTing, my feelings would be the same. It doesn't matter whether it's you or an officer RMTing, it's still wrong and I'm still going to report it. That's not "selfish". If anything I gain more by being in a guild with more members, so it harms me when a member of the guild is banned.
