It gave the regen + the AC bonus in classic. It was removed at some point (not sure when or if it's past/after our own timeline). I don't think Iksar illusion ever gave regen/AC here though.

Ok, i'm an impatiant person so i didnt read all the other ppls stuffbut i glanced at a few. heres the deal, this illusion is very usefull for HP's, it give u the iksar regen effect, with is better then the troll one. Only disapointing factor of this spell is it's the only race illusion that does NOT, i repeat does NOT let u walk around in their home city as happy as a bird. I myself have had this spell ever since kunark first came out and at that time it WAS tradeable... i have since heared that they changed it to NO DROP, not sure if it's true or not, but it's still pretty simple to get. Only the rare froglok spawn is annoying to get(but with the new EQ gems game, wich makes camping other stuff fun, it shouldn't be a problem) someone also said u cant get it if your a DE, u can... high elf illusion by it self might let ya do it if u an evil race, but are agnostic. if not, simply casting benevolince on yerself will let ya do it for sure...

Although, as was pointed out in the Torment of Argli thread, the should be using era appropriate spdats. I would guess the regen component would be in that if true.
