Staff of Elemental Mastery: Water
When using this item on my lvl 54 water pet it seems the only thing that it increases is the pet's physical size and nothing more. I was thinking well maybe i just got a low end focus pet but that isn't the case. Sometimes i am even seeing the same exact max hit numbers as i was without it on the lower end. The highest max hit WITH it i've seen was the highest i saw WITHOUT it as well. The nuke damage didn't increase and neither did the backstab damage from what i can tell.
So other than the physical size of the pet there doesn't seem to be any change and i know that isn't correct. | ||

yeah that change is far miniscule compared to the pre-50 focus items
http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/s...tml?spell=4402 States the power should be increased by (10). 2 more max hit and possibly 4 (but sure only +2) more backstab doesn't equate to 10 in any facet (being the HIGHEST available pet). Not to mention only +2 to the nuke when it's highest pet as well. The level of the pet is of increase as well. Pre-50 there was quite a difference in focus to non-focus and same should be and even more so post-50 | ||
