Wow. why didn't they get banned?

There was a post a while back with some dude that took items from an account while the owner was on vacation. When he later tried to give them back the account was banned and GMs wouldn't unban him to give the items back.

- Scumbag Ephi accidentally discloses what the extent of its capabilities are (this is against policy, they aren't supposed to share that information nor discuss its capabilities).

- Ephi uses it to 100% confirm the identity of 2 people who used a proxy

- Ephi has access to the most privileged information on the server

- Ephi was doing Deru type stuff
