Not worth it really. It's use is limited to 1 or 2 zones.
I'm 60 and I still don't have it. Although I may do the quest one day if super bored and all my Alts are unplayable

Looks like a spell that would only be good from level 29 to maybe 34.
You could potentially use it in Swamp of No Hope on the Man Eating Vine and kill frogloks. Quest looks kinda long, i'd never put the effort into it.
