Orc scalps - captain ashlan
When I turn in 2 or more orc scalps to Captain Ashlan in Highpass I get absolutely nothing. When I turn in 1 I get xp/faction. You should beable to turn in anywhere from 1 to 4 scalps and it seems as if when i turn in 1 scalp I get xp/faction as if I turned in 4 becuase I got amiably from ready to attack off 80 scalps which doesnt seem right plus you are suspose to have to be atleast dubius to do that quest, I was ready to attack.

My friend was turning in orc scalps yesterday (at about 11:30pm) and went from scowls to indifferent, but then all of a sudden, he would no longer accept the orc scalps. So I figured we should wait a day. Today I just tried turning in 1, 2 and 4 orc scalps at a time and he (Captain Ashlan) gives no response and I receive no faction, money, or exp. No quest complete sound either. Same as yesterday. Is this a glitch?

As of today when i turn in 1 or multiples of the orc scapls to the cptn nothing happens
