Yeah, no doubt. Unfortunately I don't have any pre-patch logs to compare. If others have logs from before March 23 to now, along with level and stat info I'll do some analysis if they PM them to me.

Ditto the theory that it either holds forever or breaks frequently. I held a mob last night for over an hour.. the majority of the time he held for long long periods of time.. but if he ever broke, he would break 4 or 5 times over the next minute or so. Then he would hold again for a long period of time.
