HT still gets refreshed when you drown, or when ever you die, to anything. With my group of <Friends> I'm firing off a harmtouch fully buffed every 15 minutes.

the use of ht or loh when target is oor is classic fwiw

when a player zone hops they have a brief invuln

verify melee damage registers, then use special ability

expended, without damage

to make this bug even more annoying, is that when coupled with another bug of player ghosts appearing where the player isnt really at if a special ability is used it's gone (kick backstab ht loh etc)

no problem with harmtouch. i'm playing from the other side of the planet in the cold mountains of sweden on a 56k us-robotics modem and i manage to harm touch people, it's a simple science of having the target in front of you and in the same zone
